VSH Standard

The official operational and ethical guidelines required for all partners, affiliates, and integrated networks.

Behavior Guidelines

Common Sense

All community interactions should be guided by common sense and mutual respect.

Content Restrictions

  • No NSFW content or gore allowed anywhere
  • No hate speech, slurs, racism, sexism, or attempts to bypass filters
  • No irrelevant content - always post in the correct channels

Communication

  • Do not mass mention or tag staff unnecessarily
  • Drama, arguments, and controversial topics are not allowed in public - take issues to DMs
  • No spam or excessive text flooding

Privacy & Safety

  • Personal data must not be shared or used maliciously (no doxxing, nuking, or threats)
  • All communities must enforce a 13+ age minimum for member eligibility

Promotion

Self-promotion or advertising must follow the outlined procedures - excessive ads are prohibited.

Language

Server operations must primarily be in English for clarity and moderation purposes.

General Rule

Finding or exploiting loopholes in the rules is itself a violation.

Staff & Community Eligibility

Staff Restrictions

  • No known blacklisted or controversial individuals allowed in partnered staff teams
  • Staff must have a clear history - no scams, nukes, hostile takeovers, or manipulative actions

Community Representation

Any user representing a VSH-affiliated server reflects on that server; their actions may result in penalties for the community as a whole.

VSH Rights

VSH reserves the right to evaluate backgrounds and apply restrictions accordingly.

Voting & Event Integrity Rules

Voting Principles

  • Voting is for fun, and community growth, not for bribery
  • Encouraging votes is fine; harassment, blackmail, or forced votes are not
  • Do not spam votes or DMs, especially toward people you don't regularly talk to

Giveaways

Giveaways may be announced only if you win; they are not to be used as vote incentives.

Monetary Incentives

Monetary bribes (e.g., Nitro, money) for votes are prohibited.

Exploitation

Loopholes, alternate accounts, or exploiting vote mechanics will disqualify participants.

Community Responsibility

VSH-integrated communities are responsible for their members' conduct during events.

Consequences

Any violation can result in disqualification or removal from visibility

Compliance & Enforcement

Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to meet these standards can lead to:

  • Removal from the VSH Partner or Affiliate program
  • Disconnection from the VSH Systems (e.g., Partnership, OTM Events)
  • Public disqualification from contests (DOTM, ROTM, SOTM, etc.)

Audits

VSH holds the right to audit or investigate concerns at any time.

Enforcement Responsibility

Partnered communities must enforce these rules independently and seriously.
